1. Change of Mind (EU Right of Withdrawal)

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Email us with your order number, then return the unused, unopened item within 14 days of your notice. We’ll refund the product price and original shipping once we receive the goods.

2. Hygiene Exception

For health reasons wigs cannot be returned once the lace, seal, or tags are removed.

3. Faulty or Wrong Item

Email us within 48 hours of delivery and attach a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you changed your mind, you cover return postage. Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
